CANCELLATION, CHANGE and PAYMENT POLICY:
| Aloha
Guest! It is our goal that you arrive here on Kauai
at the Poipu Plantation Bed and Breakfast Inn and
are pleased with your selection of accommodations.
Please select your accommodations carefully and review
all information on our web site. Discuss any questions
with our office staff to be sure you understand what
you are reserving and the views, location, facilities,
amenities and services that are included. Please be
sure the number and age of persons is accurate so
that your accommodation will be appropriate and properly
arranged. |
- A deposit
of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. Visa, Master
Card and Checks with Credit Card hold are accepted.
- Standard
reservation cancellation policy: Give us at least 2 months advanced notice, full refund, less a $40 administrative
fee. Give us at least one month advanced notice, one half
of the deposit is returned. No refunds 29 or sooner days
from the arrival date
- December
Holidays; Groups; and Over 14 night reservations Give us at least 6 months advanced notice, full refund,
less a $40 administrative fee. Give us at least 4 months
advanced notice, one half of the deposit is returned.
Full payment is required at least 4 months before arrival.
No refund 4 months or sooner from arrival date unless re-sold.
- Less night
changes are prorated based on above deadlines, plus
a $40 administrative fee ·
- All
other changes not covered above will be subject to a
$40 administrative fee.
- After Arrival,
there are no date adjustments offered. "No Show"
will be charged full value of reservation
- Any changes
from the above policy must be approved in writing from
the resort office
- By acceptance
of this confirmation, you authorize Balance Due to be
posted to your card on arrival date.
- Arrival
day "balance due" will be posted to your credit
card, unless other arrangements are requested.
- Credit card
payments by phone or online will be acknowledged first
by Email from our office. Cardholder will reply to that
Email in order to authorize charges without a signature
- Housekeeping is included in your nightly rate. Rooms requiring excessive cleaning or with damage will be charged back to the guests.
- Rates and
policies are subject to change.
